Hi Don,
Yes I've seen it. I've seen other similar 'products' too. If I were into mass direct marketing then I could consider it, particularly its auto-generated lists of people/websites for me to spam with 'fantastic offers', 'wonderful opportunities' and the possibilities of 'beneficial relationships'.

However, this product lives at an end of the marketing spectrum that I don't inhabit, and which frankly I wish fewer people would inhabit. It deals in marketing tactics of questionable repute - relying as it does on the assumption that it's ok to approach people who haven't sign-up for an approach. It's not for me.

By the way Don, you are right, this is off-topic - seeing as the article is about search engine optimisation rather than spam techniques :) However, interestingly I do believe that spam marketing can also damage your (not you personally) reputation with many otherwise potential customers, and, similar to poor optimisation techniques (which is the the subject of this article), completely turn off people who, had you used a better strategy, might have become customers. That is of course unless one sells Viagra or other under-the-counter merchandise :)

This might be a little off subject, but have you looked at seoclientprospectingrobot dot com? Just wondering if you have any reviews of it, I'm thinking of buying a copy, and wanted to see if anyone had bought a copy yet.
